Refund Policy

At Global Institute of Nursery Teacher Training (GINTT), Darbhanga, all fees paid by students (including but not limited to registration fees, tuition fees, examination fees, and any other charges) are strictly non-refundable.

No Refunds Under Any Circumstances

• Once a student is admitted and fees are paid, no refund, adjustment, or transfer of fees will be made.
• This applies regardless of whether the student withdraws voluntarily, is expelled, or fails to complete the course for any reason.
• No refund will be issued in case of medical emergencies, relocation, change of mind, or any other personal or professional reason.
• If a student is absent or discontinues the course mid‑term, the full annual/yearly fee remains payable and no refund is applicable.
• Examination fees, study material charges, and any other ancillary fees are also non‑refundable.

Cancellation and Withdrawal

Once admission is confirmed and fee payment is made, cancellation of admission is not permitted, and no amount will be refunded. Students are advised to read all course details, terms, and conditions before applying.

Force Majeure

In the event of unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, government orders, pandemics, or any other force majeure event that affects the institute’s operations, no refund of fees will be made. The institute may, at its sole discretion, offer alternate learning options (e.g., online classes) but will not provide monetary refunds.
